[Solved] i have a problem

Its not exactly my problem but im doing it to help out a friend he just got the client and the patch and its saying this when he tries to load the launcher

"Windows cannot access the specified device/path/or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"


is there any fix to this or wat should he do i talk to him on my mic everyday and he has been waiting for the client to dl for 2 days i had to send it to him in the mail but his installed it alright and he has the exact things i have so in my mind there should be no reason why his client should not work concedering ive had no such problem
