do you see your firewall settings?? if your not dis able it if its not working so try another link sure you will find 1

What internet browser do you use? Internet explorer or Firefox, or any other?
And do you got the same problems with OTHER download links throughout the web?

hmmm.. i think i will check the download link of the patch
