how can i mine in the core it says i need to do some quest.

when CW is on u HAVE to kill the Chip guard and LOOT a Holy Metal Scanner

then if your race wins then and only then u can mine in the core

um by chip gaurd u mean the npcs that spawn around the chip?

You only need 1 btw ;D
And you can loot it off any guard, even if it's your own xD
