OMG need help wih my character

nooo pls help me admins i accidentally deleted my character in your site coz i don't understand what it says i tought it was a bonus boost jade i vote for the server and then i purchase boost jade i log my char i don't see any boostjade and then i log back in your site to search where's my boostjade and then i click something i don't know and he pooooofff deleted after i log in back in ggame plllllssssss neeeed help plllsssss i played a almost 5 months with that character ,

i think there is no more hope
when you delete in the site i think its deleted of the datebase
one more reason to get a English privative office
we cant understand that...

LOL if u deleat a toon it isnt deleated from a datebase unless the datebass is backed up...

in which it could be 1 week, 1 month, 1 day >.<

is there any solution? i farm many things in there and upgraded all my armors goshhh im tired to make again back to zero
